Take Our Department Survey

If you are a fire chief or a fire officer in a North Dakota community we would appreciate it if you would take our short Department survey. It will give us important feedback that is needed to help improve the services we offer. To take the survey click the red "Take Our Department Survey" button in the left column of the page. We appreciate your help.
